Razer Nari suddenly stopped working

Hi, I’ve been using my razer Nari for almost a year. 

However, my headphones started disconecting and connecting at random. It was like this for almost 2 weeks and now I cannot get them to connect to any pc. 
I try installing  and unistalling synapse with the hope that it would solve my poblem. I tried connecting on my laptop, still not working.  I also saw another person having the same problem as mine, so I tried using the dongle recovery tool and when I press the recover button it wouldn’t do anything.
As an extra note every time I plug the dongle for a second time after booting windows will not detect it, so everytime I try to run the dongle recovery tool I have to restart my pc.
