Razer Nari Ultimate 2.4Ghz Dongle no longer connects
Hello,
My Razer Nari ultimate headset won't pair with its dongle anymore and now I can't use it. I tried to dongle recovery tool and tried to re-pair it but I just can't get any audio or connection to my pc/headset.
- I have completely reinstalled razer central/synapse
- I have done a full reinstall of my OS.

My problem is the same as yours, I tested on another computer, the problem is with the driver that downloads, not the problem with the razer central/synapse
We tried a different PC which also did not work, it seems the dongle does not want to connect to a PC and when it does it can only hold a connection for about 10 seconds with the headset after which they both get rejected.
