Hi all first post here on razer forum.
I always choose razer for my mice and keyboards for many many years buyed in order:
-razer naga green
-kraken 7.1 chroma
-blackwidow chroma
-2x razer naga chroma
-kraken 7.1 v2
-kraken ultimate
______
-1x naga chroma (currently using)
-Nari ultimate (currently using)
-razer blackwidow elite (currently using)
and i’m here because for the first time i have to complain about this product → Razer Nari Ultimate. I buyed them from an authorized ebay reseller and after a few months problems:
-dongle drop connection
-not recognized when connected to pc need to use razer recovery and pairing utilities to let the pc detect them and not always at the first time
-usb dongle not reconized if you don’t place it in usb port they like (not a joke)
-sometimes they work but without (thx spacial) so basically you have a standard pair of headset without features that you actually paid for
-getting every day [yeah every fking day i have win log with errors] a THXService.exe error inside window
with ntdll.dll dunno wtf it is i attach screenshoot to the post.
I already tied compete unistall synapse and all things can be found online (i mean if i’m here that mean that i already tried everything). I read alot of user complaining on this model and the cheap dongle quality causing most of problems. And ofc forget to get replacement for this cause people are selling for 40$ just the dongle and in official store ofc there are no replacements.
I managed to make them work on my main pc (got a usb port they like so yeah they work i got every day error but at least i can use them) till they complete die and then i plan to move on to another brand for my devices because i mean “why should i trust razer again after this” . Tried them on another pc and not a single usb reconize the dongle and if i make them work with pairing utility after like 10 mins they start beeping like hell with sound of disconnect and reconnect till windows give error with yellow sign usb not reconized. Tried them on ps4 and they seems working (i tried for 5 mins so maybe they will start give problems and disconnect too after long time).
I mean this headset is a complete mess sorry to say this but is the truth...
