Razer Nari ultimate defective dongle

Hello, My Razer Nari ultimate headset won't pair with its dongle anymore and now I can't use it. I tried to dongle recovery tool and tried to re-pair it but I just can't get any audio. - I have completely reinstalled razer central. - I have done a full reinstall of my OS.

It's highly likely that the wireless dongle is defective. Message me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for a dongle replacement request. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
