Razer Nari Ultimate disconnect from sound | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hello, I may need help

For several days now my headset has disconnected from its bluetooth connection as soon as it perceives normal sound (with low or very low sound it seems to work).

Looking on Razer Synapse, I can see that the moment it disconnects, when it hears a sound, it shows the empty battery symbol. Also, the headset no longer displays its green LED when fully charged.

I tried just about everything I saw on the internet and especially on Razer Insider, but nothing worked.

- I used the Razer Synapse repair

- I reinstalled Razer Synapse

- I used the Nari Dongle Recovery Tool

- I uninstalled all the drivers

However, the headset works even at very high volume when I connect it via jack input but I do not have access to multi-channel Chat and Game sound using the latter. (main reason for my purchase)

Finally, this headset that I bought only 9 months ago really pleased me and was a very good replacement for my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 that I had been using for over 4 years. I found these headphones great but now I'm slowly starting to regret this purchase and to lose faith in this brand which nevertheless provides me with all of my peripherals.

I find that I have invested far too much money in a headset that only takes a lot of my time and energy to simply manage to make it work as it is supposed to.

A Similar problem.

When I plug the key, the headset runs for several seconds then beeping goes crazy and disconnects permanently - i couldn't force with it for at least half year.

I tried all following solutions too, but problem still doesn't disappear.

I think that the problem lies in headset, because in audio center the key is still plugged in.

Anyway forcing with this issue is very frustrating, there is a lot of problems since buying this product.

I wish us to finally solve this problem in some way

Regards
