Razer Nari Ultimate disconnects as soon as a sound plays

Tried changing the usb port, tried the dongle on another pc with no synapse installed, and the problem still persists. My headset is barely a year old and its already failing on me. Is there any chance of repairing the dongle or do I need a replacement one?

    Hey theMadArgie and CLINT_PLINT. Please check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed. You can download and install all Razer-related files using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse. Let me know how it went.
