Razer Nari Ultimate dongle issue

Hello, I have issues with the Nari ultimate dongle, when I plug it in it works for 5 mins, then starts disconnecting every 2-3 seconds until it stops reconnecting. Headset is more than 2 years old, but I still have the purchase receipt. As the dongle is not available in the Razer replacement parts store, is it possible to order it in some other way or to use dongle from different model? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
