Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle No Longer Working

My headset will not connect to my PC via USB dongle any longer, have not had issues connecting previously. I tried using the dongle recovery tool but the tool is not recognizing when I plug the USB dongle into the PC. I have also reinstalled Razer Central, but still no luck. USB Dongle model number is RC30-0267

    It's highly likely that the dongle is defective. Message me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for a dongle replacement request. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
