Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Replacement

Hello everyone! I am experiencing some very weird unusual problem and i need help. My Headset/Dongle keeps disconnecting/reconnecting and it does that over and over again whenever i play a sound. So i changed my USB port from another to another,i formatted my windows,reinstalled USB ports drivers same thing goes over and over again. I thought there might be problem with the dongle software so i downloaded the utility to pair my headphones to the dongle. So when am not playing any sound the pairing between the headphone/dongle through the utility goes just fine,but whenever i start playing sounds it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting and it wont even let me pair. There seems to cause some problem with disconnecting/reconnecting when a sound is being played. Tried it on my laptop same thing is going on. Seems like i will need a dongle replacement. Where can i buy/get one?

This is highly likely a hardware problem with the wireless dongle. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt to help me start a case for a dongle replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
