I have had this Headset for a year now, it worked fine the entire time until recently it stopped connecting. It is still working with cable connection. So I believe it has something to do with the dongle since it is unusually hot to touch when I pulled it out. My headset is still under warranty, can I just get a dongle replacement only or do I have to return the headset and wait for a new one?  Can anyone help with solving this issue. Thank you so much!

hey  just wanted to ask what if my HS does not connect through dongle or cable.

though it connects through aux but thats the basic sound i am not being able to use it to its full capabilities.

any suggestions??
