Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Stopped Working! Replacement Needed...

Howdy, For some reason my Razer Nari Ultimate dongle all of a sudden decided to stop working! it's not being detected by Synapse 3.0 or my PC at all. I tried almost all the troubleshooting steps I found online including the dongle recovery, reinstalling Synapse, etc. with no dice. I even tested the dongle on two of my other gaming PCs and still nothing. It seems like the dongle is completely dead... So my question is where can I get/purchase another dongle? since it's no longer available for purchase on your website. Thanks in advance fellas!
