Razer nari ultimate ear broke off....

Ive had these headphones for about 3 months, love them, use them all the time. went to put them on and the left ear (with the microphone) the plastic holding the ear on snapped. what can i do to get these fixed? can i order the plastic part? or do i have to have razer fix them? the support site is .... confusing to say the least. any tips appreciated thanks -spleen
