My headphones work for starters. All I am trying to do is update its firmware today.  well the problem is as simple as this.

It is NOT seeing the wired connection on step 2 no matter how much I tried.  6 different cables and one being new recently also. All of them see the device on PC side plugged by USB. The Nari Firmware updater will not and does not show that I have it wired in.

MY system is a brand spanking NEW Omen 40L  its not the brand new rig I assure you because everything else runs great.  

So I can’t  even update it.   

Out of ALL of my Razer collection (mind you im one of your oldest customers to when you first started making products.

This Headset is by far nowhere near the quality you pushed upon us the consumers at all.
I expected quality but I was so very wrong about your headset line. Unfortunately I am never going to drop that much money on your Headsets anymore.  My other one I had (already forgot its name) befor that Ultimate …..
Dongle coudn’t be found and you couldnt replace it at all...basically good bye dongle good by purchase tough crap for you. 

You are making better products today sure.  But I have to honestly say whoever was engineering this thing and decided to make connect by dongle is and Ahole  ...did he ever consider make it both wired or wireless connected in the future? Nope...still doing taht Dongle crap.

I have to say I am so damn disappointed with your audio half of your company I am going to have to say go with someone else to everyone I know.  Keyboards, monitors, mice….Go TO Razer.  

Headphones go to Bose if you are going to drop those kind of bills for a headset . Always a quality product. And you dont have to deal with the crappy nonsense Razer does with headset.  Bose by far hands down makes Razer audio look like over inflated flashy walmart brand quality performing products.

If I could really say how I feel about the Department in charge of Audio Hardware….I would get banned in 2 min
