Razer Nari Ultimate is not connecting with Synapse 3

Hey there!

I’ve bought a new Razer Nari Ultimate some days ago. I had one of these before and it worked almost perfectly except the sound started to fade away when the ingame sound or music got too quiet but at least I was able to modify the bass volume etc which is just hurting my ears.

Anyways, the former Nari Ultimate broke after some months which is fine and that is the reason I bought a new one because I am not used to change and I am a human of habit.

The problem now is that this new Nari Ultimate is not being recognized by Synapse 3. It is working and I hear the sounds but Synapse 3 recognizing the device is important to me so I can turn off the bass which I find heavily earraping and annoying, truning down the overall volume also doesnt help so ye, I really need Synapse 3 to work.

When the headset got delivered 2 days ago I tried to plug it in but Synapse 3 just didnt recognize it, after trying to unplug it and pluging it into other USB ports it still didnt work, I tried every single one but nothing helped, in general, every solution I could find online didnt help… what I did is: checking the drivers with DriverEasy but it said the drivers for my headset are up to date; every single uninstalling the devices and restarting shenanigans; I even properly uninstalled Synapse 3 and reinstalled it but nothing helped; and finally to make sure I left nothing untried I manually paired the dongle with the headset again and after that did nothing I even paired the old dongle with my new headset but it also didnt work…. I am very frustrated and I’ve been trying to fix this for hours now so I decided to come forward to support and I pray that all this money was worth it and that I dont need to end up buying a different new headset because I really dont want my ears to hurt because of the Nari Ultimates bass that I cant possibly turn off without Synapse 3 recognizing it so I can turn it off.

I only have one clue left: When navigating to “Bluetooth and other devices” it says “Driver Error” under my Razer Nari Ultimate which is confusing because DriverEasy didnt find any new drivers.

I am glad for any help provided, thank you for taking your time to read until the end!

This is a bit late, but did you ever fix it?

My new Nari Ultimate is doing this exact same thing. I was having problems with my Razer mousepad connecting/reconnecting repeatedly, so after some updates and reinstalls so forth my headset won’t show. Odd thing is it appears to still use my settings I last had on it before synapse stopped showing it.

Which leads me to my latest issue of Razer Naga pro randomly stops working in windows and I have to unplug and plug in to get it working.

So between my mousepad messing up, Nari ultimate no longer showing, and mouse disconnects I think something has gone completely wrong with Razer’s software. I’ve done “clean” uninstall/reinstall and NOTHING has changed.

I’m pretty desperate for an answer.

Yeah the sound hurt’s my ears even with a Equalizer, the sounds are so bad a 16$ headset is better then this 60$ one
