Hi, my headphones are recognized by my computer but not by the Synapse software. I've searched everywhere on forums and couldn't find anything. I can't get the headphones to work on Discord or other games that support them.

try differend USB port?
sometimes it has bugs remove the dongle, and plug the dungle again and check the cable... - check if it already appears, as in part 5 of the image... another bug that happens sometimes: do part 1 to part 4 and take the test and then it will appear... in part 5 --- if not correct. I don't know ^^ it could be a lot of things. updates, drivers, cable, usb dongle, dust, restart, driver conflicts, etc. It depends on a lot ;) try...
or run audio troubleshooter .
mouse right click on the sound icon this icon to the right of the synapse icon (see my image) and click on the troubleshooter option.
