Razer Nari Ultimate keeps disconnecting.

I've had this headset for just over a year now. Starting a couple days ago, it just disconnects almost immediately after connecting the dongle. Sometimes it might stay on for 2 minutes but then it's just back to disconnecting. I've tried it on my PS5 as well and it's experiencing the same issues. Anyone have an idea on what I can do to fix it?

    It's highly likely a dongle problem. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options in sending you a replacement wireless dongle for your Razer Nari Ultimate headset. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
