My Headset worked very well and recently it stopped suddenly, either by wireless or usb my pc/Synapse no longer recognizes it, but it still appears on «windows others devices»
It perfectly works with the jack connector and turns on properly.
I tried to solve my problem without success by following the following methods:
- latest NariDongleRecoveryTool
- latest RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility
- latest Nari_FirmwareUpdater
- Uninstalling Drivers Manually & with CleanupRazerDriver
- Update all drivers / Bios / All my pc…
- How to troubleshoot and resolve a headset…
- Test to connect the headset on 3 different PCs
- Installing an older version of Synapse
