Razer Nari Ultimate not charging

I know there’s a lot of threads about this but none of them really describes the problem I’m having with my headset. The thing is the headset worked perfectly fine and there were no signs of the battery being broken etc. I mean it really worked fine  and then it just stopped. I can’t charge it in any way and I could charge it a couple days ago. When i plug in the charging cable the red dot lights up for a second, then it stops charging and only then I can turn on the headset. It turns off as soon as I plug off the charging cable. When the charging cable is plugged in, razer synapse shows that the headset is charging but it is not. Also, if I don’t turn on the headset in those couple seconds when the red light is on, I get no another chance to turn it on again untill I plug the cable out and in again. The headset is barely out of warranty and it worked perfectly fine  only a couple days ago, please help.
