Razer Nari Ultimate not retaining any charge I try to give it.

Everytime I try to plug my charging cable in the red light and everything else showing it charges will happen, but as soon as I turn on the headset and play any audio, it will turn off. I have tried leaving it to charge, but this happens everytime.

To give more details, I’ve already tried cleaning the port and the charging cable itself, and I see no physical damage to the headset.

After much troubleshooting I have gotten them to charge again, this problem is solved.

How did you get it to work I am having the same issue and when I try firmware updates I cant get them to work.
