Razer Nari Ultimate - not working 22/10/2022

Hello, Ive had my nari for just over a year and then yesterday it's disconnected and now is trying to re-pair, however it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. The Device manager tab doesn't see the usb and is refreshing on repeat as though the USB is malfunctioning. I have tried removing drivers, using a different USB Port. I am currently testing this dongle and headset on my laptop and will update as following. There's a lot of other posts on here with this Problem. Is it a software issue?

You can try running the dongle recovery tool by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for a dongle replacement request. Thank you. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
