Razer Nari Ultimate Problems

I have had my Razer Nari Ultimate for some time now and have had a few problems from the moment I got it. Stuff like not being able to use it when it's charging or slight crackling at certain volumes, but have worked around it, and as a whole enjoyed the headset. Recently when playing a game the headset turned off on its own out of nowhere. From there, I tried turning it back on but it would just turn right back off when any audio was played. After later experimenting I found that it will connect to my PC, but the second any audio plays, the headset bugs, and my audio settings in windows rapidly change between no output and the Nari as my output, until it turns off after 10 seconds. Only about half a second of audio plays before it stops and then eventually turns off. Does anyone else have the same problem and possibly know a solution?

    i have my razer nari ultimate but i am having a problem pairing it or upgrading it. it always failing for the pairing while i tried to upgrade but it wont see my usb dongle so it wont continue

      I have the same issue with the dongle. It is not pairing anymore... any solution? I tried everything that support guys suggested me.

      I am also having this issue. The pairing tool wont update my head set. an the firmware updater doesn't read my headset as being plugged in. Extremely frustrated i honestly want to snap this headset in half an leave this brand forever.
