So when I play any game that does directional hearing, it seems i can only hear audio from 2 of the 7 audio points in the speakers. When I run the audio test in the Razer Synapse app only the second and seventh audio points make the helicopter sound, it makes it so i cant hear dialog in cutscenes of some games. Any one have any ideas?

I have the exact same issue. Its wierd it can be so hard to set up a new headset. I have searched all over for answers. As it is now the headset is unusable.
