So my headset won't pair to the dongle. There's nothing wrong with the dongle, It's the headset itself. Everytime I try to pair them together on the pairing utility, the headset's blue light slowly blinks, and the progress bar resets, as if it went into some kind of loop. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Let me assist you with your Razer Nari Ultimate dongle issue. To isolate the problem, make sure that the headset USB dongle is connected directly to your computer and not to a USB hub. Also, try a different USB port on your PC. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify the warranty.
