razer nari ultimate wireless headset Bluetooth connection issues

Originally all i wanted to do was return this headset to BestBuy but they're giving me issues since we're only 5 days off from their return date. Every 20-30 minutes my headset disconnects from the pc/Bluetooth device. It's done this since the start of owning this headset. My headset is within 3 feet of the dongle, and it will beep loudly into my ears for a few minutes before it restarts the cycle a 20-30 minutes later. This happens at full battery, low battery, and while on the charger. I went to the BestBuy reviews on this and apparently, I'm not the only one with this issue straight out the box.
