Razer Nari USB not recognised by PC

My Razer Nari wireless headset is not being recognised by my PC and will refuse to connect. I believe I have a defective USB as on the odd occasion it does connect I can at times hear static and the sound seems to crackle a lot. I also hear continuous beeps as though it is struggling to connect to the reciever. How do I get a new USB receiver as the headset doesn't seem to pair with any other USB dongle. The pairing tool used to also work, but is now struggling quite a bit.
