About 6 months ago I got the Razer Nommo. Yesterday it was working perfectly, today it is NOT. After trying to a couple of things it seems to be something on the plug/adapter. It is like there is no energy actually reaching the speakers themselves.
I guess my question is, who should I reach for a warranty claim, what's the process, etc.
