So I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X and it works perfectly fine for the most part. I wanted to get spatial sound on it so I installed razer synapse and 7.1 surround sound. I tried using it but razer doesn't detect it as a razer headset so im stuck on the first step. No matter which output I select its the same thing. It's a 3.5mm jack if you need to know.
