Hello all,



I placed an order for a Razer Backpack and a laptop gaming ape 15" cover and today the order arrived but no backpack. I looked online and all signs lead to one order with one box. FedEx delivered only one box with one item in it which was the laptop cover. Any idea how to get a hold of chat or whom to call to ensure I get the back pack? the website leads to return support and when I input my order number and email. it states that the email with that order number cannot be found but I got my confirmation in that email
