I have had my Ornata for about 3 years and have never had an issue with synapse but about a week ago synapse wasn't detecting my keyboard. I've done nothing different with it. So I uninstalled synapse and my keyboard drivers. Then went and redownloaded everything after restarting my pc making sure my keyboard is in a USB 3.0 slot and nothing. I've kinda been through every option I can think of and nothing is working.
I've tried uninstalling all my old keyboards and mice and still nothing.

Gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following the steps here and upload the files to Google Drive and PM me the link so I can start a case and raise your concern to the software team. For them to have a closer look at the issue and replicate it by checking the information from the logs. Thanks!
