Hello, the LEDs on my keyboard do not light up, while on the synapse application I test the different LEDs... Instead of having 11 quick effects, I only have 4 on the Razer Synapse version application 3.8.360.62814. Please help me!

It’s correct that it have 4 quick effects.

It’s V3X version with 1 lighting zone. Non X version (Ornata V3) has 10-zone lighting, so it supports more quick effects.
