I was messing around with the features on my keyboard and I think I macro key recorded the A key and the shift key so they wont work when I press them. The only way they are working is because I am recording all of my keys right now as if I want to create macro key shortcuts. This is the only way that allows me to use my shift and my A key. Is there any way I can disable it and get full functionality back to my keyboard. The keyboard I was is A Razer Ornata V3 X.

You can do a reset through the Synapse 3 app or temporarily disable the application to confirm if it’s a hardware or software problem. Feel free to PM me anytime should the issue persists so I can check for other steps to help you address the issue. Thanks!
