Razer Orochi V2 disconnects and wont connect again

rushStormcloudJADE489

For some weird reason, on my framework laptop, my Razer Orochi V2 will disconnect if I leave it for a minute or so. There will be a blue light slowly flashing and when I move it, it wont work. The only real reliable way to get it working again is to go windows 11 bluetooth settings, and click on pairing a new device and instantly it will start working again. I tried going into device manager and turning off everything I could to do with bluetooth power saving mods. Here are some of the threads I tried following

Hi @rushStormcloudJADE489,

You can also try updating the firmware of your mouse by following the steps here. Make sure the Synapse 3 app is also updated so it can fetch all the necessary updates for your device. Feel free to PM me anytime should you need further assistance so I can escalate your concern to the relevant team for advanced resolution or a warranty claim. Thanks!

I have Synapse 3. The firmware seems to be up to date from what I can tell

i have the exact same issue the mouse works fine for a hour or two but for some reason it doesn't work randomly. when I put a new battery in nothing happens but light above the dpi button turning blue and the mouse won't connect to the dongle for a few minutes. in the middle of a competitive game its extremely annoying to have your mouse disconnect randomly

mine sometimes doesn’t connect to my laptop when i restart my laptop. I use windows key-L button to lock the screen and windows searchs for bluetooth device, so my mouse reconnects instantly. not a perfect solution, but it’s easier than trying to reconnect from bluetooth settings.l
