Razer phone Factory reset, qr code setup?

Hi Guy, I recently factory reset my razer phone , when in welcome page there is a language setup then get started button, after 3 more tap that is a camera open to scan qr code, I struck in here, I also try to scan other qr code but the massage pop up wrong qr code, ask your IT admin for the correct code. Plz help me what to do

    It should not be asking for a QR code. Is the phone associated with a postpaid subscription? Did you try to reboot the phone and choose the "Set up as new" option?
