My Pro Click cannot be detected by bluetooth anymore. After switching power on to bluetooth, the pairing indicator will blink twice in repeated intervals as if it’s ready to pair, however it could not be detected by any bluetooth enabled PC. Tried to press and hold the pairing button for 3 seconds, nothing changed; tried to change to different bluetooth profile (change color), I get exact same result like above. I can’t figure out a way to reset the mouse. The 2.4 and wired mode works ok though. Please assist with the bluetooth mal-function.

Try to update the firmware by following the steps here. Make sure the Synapse app is up-to-date as well for further isolation. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other options to help you further. Thanks!
