I have a Razer Pro Click (RZ01-02990) that is not turning on. When I connected it to my PC it opened a Windows toast notification that it was installing “Razer bootloader” and then nothing happened. I’ve tried using the USB cable, 2.4ghz receiver, and the Bluetooth connection and nothing connects. I’m following the instruction below, but if this does not resolve the issue, what else can I do?
