Razer Raiju Ultimate is not recognized by PS Plus APP on PC

Hello Everyone, I currently have a Razer Raiju Ultimate controller out of warranty which I use to play games on my PC. Now that I have PS Plus Premium, I have the opportunity to play some PS games on it as well, but the app does not recognize my Razer Raiju Ultimate. Tried with a PS4 controller and it does recognize it, both via bluetooth and with the Razer Raiju Ultimate braided cable. Since this controller was release specifically for PS and PC, it makes me wonder why it is not recognized in this app. PS Support sent me back to Razer for checking this.
