Recently, through talking through support of an unrelated software, we found out that the reason that a program kept freezing was because my Device Manager kept refreshing. This is usually caused by faulty cables or devices that keep connecting and disconnecting. After unplugging everything and checking each device I noticed that when the Razer Ripsaw capture card is connected to my computer the device manager refreshes every minute (I timed it and it was too cyclical for it to be a coincidence and I have even replaced the cables for new one).
Can anyone that has this capture card check if this is happening on your system as well?
