RAZER SEIREN V3 MINI works only if Synapse is not installed

I just got this new mic and when I tried to installed Razer Synapse, it just stopped working altogether.

 

I tried, rebooting many times and changing my configuration from synapse as well as from windows (windows 11) with no luck.

 

Only solution was to uninstall Synapse and it started working nicely. 

 

I’m using an Asus TUF F15 laptop with Win 11. 

 

Any help or advise is appreciated.

Literally just saved my life, thank you SO much. Just uninstalled synapse and suddenly works perfectly. I know its not the answer or the help you wanted to hear, I am very sorry about that, but oh my god, been all evening troubleshooting this mic and was abt to give up.

Do they have the fix for this? I having the same problem also I’m using Asus TUF F15
