I'm trying to redeem my Razer SIlver for a Barracuda X but it isn't working. I have enough Silver on my wallet, but after I enter the confirmation code from my phone it refreshes to my cart, but it is empty and there is no voucher/promotion code. Tried it in both Chrome and Edge and same thing happens. How are we supposed to use our Silver? I want to use what I have now since a lot is going to expire at the end of the month.

Tough luck! I heard from others that maybe waiting and trying to redeem it tomorrow sometimes works. Also, try redeeming it on the razer cortex games android app if you have android, or redeeming the Barracuda X on another device. Good luck!
