My Blade 17 has some problems, so I contacted Razer support to get help; I started contacting them on May 28, and at first, they were still willing to reply and try to help me solve the problem.
But they already didn’t reply to my email for 5 days. Did anyone know the reason?
By the way, I didn’t find any Razer store in Utah, so I don’t know how to give my Blade 17 to them and fix it if they still don’t reply and tell me what to do.
