Hello.
I've opened RMA ticket and have sent my laptop to Razer. Paid 100$ for assessment.
The issue I have is described in the different thread: /2017-razer-battery-issues-repeated.73583/&_ga=2.6814516.721490735.1623080939-1901031891.1621391069#post-752036
For the last 2(!!!) weeks I'm on communication with Razer support team, who I can say for sure, didn't even read the description of the issue. Which I described 3 times. And what is more important - not telling me what is the root cause of the issue.
They only propose to change battery and saying that battery will not swell. NOT EVEN reading that there is NO Swelling issue at all.
I this usual customer support experience or I got lucky?
Thank you.

Isn't this about the laptop that won't go past a certain percentage when charging and shuts off as soon as you unplug it? I looked into the ticket and found that there is something wrong with the motherboard. I do not have visibility as to which part specifically, but after replacing that and a new battery, the unit now functions properly plugged in or not. There is also no mention of battery swelling on the diagnosis and repair notes.
I will try to get you more information about the repair. Please send me a PM.
