Razer Surround 7.1 not show up on WIndows playback devices

I have a Razer BlackShark v2 X 7.1 and the characters' footsteps weren't very noticeable, so I decided to use the "Troubleshoot Sound" tool to try to fix this problem. Then after doing that I can't reactivate 7.1 in the computer's settings because that option doesn't appear, I can't reinstall the drivers, no way. I updated realtek, downloaded the drivers from the motherboard website. I've done everything and then some and nothing.
