Razer synapse 3 won't start

Hello i buy a keyboard ( razer ornata v2 ) and i tried to install razer synapse 3 but he won't start or or it crashes with a black screen i tried all techniques possible please help me

    Be sure, that you have .net 4.8 installed, also check if you have Visual C++. You might try these steps to clean reinstall Synapse:
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
    If it will not work, try uninstalling Visual C++ - it helps in some cases.
