I can't use Razer Synapse, I install it but when I try to start it, it opens but it doesn't show anything, it's just this gray screen, I've uninstalled and installed it several times, but it never works. My mouse is a Razer Deathadder V2 Mini, it is an original mouse that has already been activated under warranty

    Have you tried checking your firewall or anti-virus settings as may have blocked a Razer-related file? Please gather the Synapse 3.0 logs, then upload it to any online drive and paste the shareable link in your PM so I can help you start an investigation.
