Razer Synapse Causing Shutdown to Take Several Minutes and Won't Work After Startup

For a few days now, I've noticed that when I shut down my PC, my case fans and Razer brand items remain light up and running despite the PC being shut down. After several minutes the PC will fully power down and all fans/lights shut off as well. When I turn my PC back on, the Razer Synapse application will launch but will register as "not launched" and my lights will remain static and my macros will not work. I have updated Windows and Reinstalled Razer Synapse. I also tried shutting down my PC after uninstalling Synapse to mobdro test it and it shut down normally without issue. The issue comes back however when I reinstall Synapse. In my 6 years of using Razer products I've never had this issue and is getting rather frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated.

With the February 2023 update, I have the exact same issue and did everything you did too, to no resolution. I hope an engineer from Razer is able to shed some light on this...

So it looks like shutting down the Synapse software before shutting down the computer makes the pc shut down like normal. So yeh this software is definitely to blame.
