I have the Huntsman Elite and the Razer Blackshark V2 but both are not recognised in Synapse. This happened with the latest update which I only updated earlier in the week. The updates from before the most recent update basically killed the ability to customise the RBG on my keyboard(Wouldn’t save my custom setup so I just left it at default cycling through chroma colours).

My keyboard is now just a basic keyboard with no RBG/Chroma active and the media controls just don’t work(Volume scrolls pages up and down!). I have to constantly reinstall synapse to the point that rebooting forces requires me to reinstall the software just to recognise my headset and keyboard.

For some reason none of my changes are saved to the device. This means my headset sound profile won’t work without Synapse. My keyboard RGG & media controls won’t work without Synapse and the only way to have some light on my keyboard is to turn on and off Chroma Visualizer and completely close Synapse just to get static colous to cycle.

I have the latest firmware for my keyboard which hasn’t addressed the issue. The only way to recognise devices is to reinstall the software. Is there a way to download previous versions?

These forums are also irritating. I’ve seen other threads with this same issue however the threads have been closed and the people experiencing issues told to take it to DM’s. This is frustrating as there may have been solutions to these problems in the threads themselves I could have used. Please keep this thread open for others to post and contribute or find solutions(Should one be provided).
