Razer Synapse doesn't save my Keybindings

Hi


since 2 weeks Synapse does not save my keybindings anymore, but the funny thing is in the Razer Central App the keys still light up with the specified keybindings. Every time it says "Requires installation of Razer Synapse" but I have it installed.

What I have already tried is:
- Uninstalled it and reinstalled it again
- Assigned the keybindings to other keys, does not work either
- Created new profile and reassigned the keybindings, doesn't work either.

I have no idea what else to do, gaming mode is also off.

Keyboard is a Razer Ornata V3 TKL

Thanks for alerting us about the problem you’ve been experiencing with the Razer Synapse app unable to save your custom keybinds. Can you PM me the serial number of your device and the Synapse version so I can verify its model and kickstart a support ticket so I can help you escalate your concern to the software team.
