Razer synapse / Naga v2 pro dont leet PC sleep/susoend | Razer Insider

Hi

I just purchased a Naga V2 pro after years without a Razer product. After deal with Razer Synapse 3 to configure the Mouse all seems work correctly but the link between the Synapse and the Mouse don't allow the computer to sleep.

If I force it to sleep immediately wake the PC. I read a lot of reddit post and forum with the same issue so I tried apply some solutions but they didn't fix the issue.

I disable the devices to allow wake the computer, including the Razer Pro, HID mouse compliance device, and the keyboards compliance device relates to the Naga, right now getting the list in CMD there no devices allowed to wake the PC.

Clean install, re install synapse didn't work.

I tested of course the suspend behavior without the Mouse = works.

Mouse wireless without Synapse = works

Mouse wireless with synapse logout = works

Mouse wireless with synapse installed, logued and linked with the mouse = fail.

So the issue is not the mouse or the usb port but the link between the Mouse and synapse when is working thar force the computer to awake.

My fix for now was to setup the mouse, keybind, etc... And after this uninsfall the synapse. Now all works Ok but I lost the chroma and the option to check the battery level from the Mouse.

Advantage, I don't have to deal with synapse messing the computer and his CPU usage. But is sad that after this year the worst part of have a Razer product is still deal with this software.

Any advice or help to fix the issue, or I'm better without Synapse ?

I requested access to the Razer Synapse beta and was aproved today. It works so much better being beta, lighter, faster and less cpu usage.

Sleep mode seem to work better if you have selected to switch of the mouse light if screen is off ( previuosly this didnt work in Synapse 3 ).Sometime fails but works better.

I will continue testing but new Synapse beta seems a great improvement.
