Оn another free disk, I installed Atlas OS as a second system, installed synapse and it worked, starting from standard Windows 10, the settings were preserved, and now everything works, so you need to reinstall Windows or do as I did!
I think i have used the vpn to coneect to my work, and maybe the cloud of razer has broken by i did that
