Razer Synapse not showing 4k polling rate, despite mouse having it

Hello there,

       So recently I purchased the Razer Viper V2 pro (white edition), even though it comes with 4k polling rate, It doesn’t come up on synapse, it still shows 250/500/1000. I’ve tried updating the firmware of the dongle, mouse, updated the Synapse software, then proceeded to re-install the Razer Synapse 3 software but to not avail.

Am I doing something wrong or misunderstanding something?
